Located in the national high-tech development zone of Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, we have seen steady growth in production scale and sales year by year. We focus on producing high-quality fluoroplastic particles, including FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF, and ECTFE, as well as various high-temperature and special cables. Our products meet international certifications like UL and VDE and the domestic CQC certification. Our Journey
Explore our company’s rich history and timeline to witness our transformative journey of evolution and growth over the years. From humble beginnings to becoming a leader in fluoroplastics and fluoroplastic wires, these milestones define our commitment to excellence and innovation.
In 1994, our founder and chairman (Mr. Li Jianming) started as a small trader in plastic recycling. One day, he discovered a material called fluoroplastics among the waste plastics, which led our current chairman (Mr. Li Guixin) to start a business in fluoroplastics recycling and trading. It wasn't until 2004, after gaining sufficient understanding of fluoroplastics, that we established our first factory.
In 2004 (the year of establishment), Qingyuan Hiflon Fluoroplastics Wire Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of RMB 500,000.
In 2008 (Standardized Management), the company introduced advanced production and testing equipment, and at the same time obtained the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 international environmental management system certification, American UL certification for fluoroplastics wire, and German VDE certification, and possessed 11 national intellectual property rights.
In 2009 (Innovative Development), the company invested 2 million CNY to build the Recyclable FEP Pellet technology innovation project, which achieved the export of Recyclable FEP Pellet to the United States and received quality recognition from customers.
In 2010 (Deepening Customer Relationships), the company established a wire and cable simulation operation workshop to provide customers with technical solutions to problems, serving them better.
In 2011 (Steady Improvement), the company was granted 9 patents by the State Intellectual Property Office. It participated in the compilation of the "Qingyuan City Recycled Metal Industry Technology Planning Roadmap" as a core expert group member for the Qingcheng District Government and undertook some topics of the provincial and ministerial major special projects.
In 2012 (International Attention), the British BBC Broadcasting Corporation interviewed our company and broadcasted it on European television. In the same year, the company passed the American UL Fluoroplastics Certification, becoming the world's first enterprise to obtain the UL certification for recycled FEP products.
In 2013 (Financing and Expansion), the company was successfully rated as a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province. In the same year, the shareholders increased the capital of the company by RMB 41 million, bringing the registered capital to RMB 50 million, with total assets reaching RMB 120 million.
In 2014 (Feature Report), National Geographic magazine from the United States came to the company to do a feature report on the recycled fluoroplastics industry.

In 2015, the company was rated as an outstanding intellectual property enterprise in the city.
In 2016, the company's factory relocated to a national high-tech industrial development zone.
In 2017, the company participated as a core expert group member in the compilation of the "Qingyuan City Metal Industry Technology Roadmap" and the "Qingyuan City Metal Industry Technology Roadmap," initiated by the Qingyuan Municipal Government.
In 2018, the company was rated as a Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center and obtained the CQC China Quality Certification. At the same time, the Malaysian factory was completed and began production.
In 2019, the company passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, completing the integration of the three systems. At the same time, the Japanese factory was completed and began trial production.
In 2020, the company was recognized as one of the first batch of specialized, refined, unique, and innovative enterprises in the country.
